Process Overview*
Investment Solutions Group Tech. team within Wealth management connects you and your clients to a
broad range of investment solutions, capabilities to exclusive investment opportunities and help clients
develop an optimal path to their financial goals. The team delivers technology solutions through robust
and scalable applications developed on various platforms such as .Net, SQL Server, Oracle, Java/J2EE,
Angular JS and Mainframe.
Job Description*
This position will help lead design and application development as part of the Portfolio Management
Technology organization. Strong individual hands-on developer playing a key-role to develop, enhance,
debug, support and maintain applications used by Portfolio Managers or supporting functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for systems design, code development, CI/CD-DevOps,
technical standards and delivery for the target state platform. The complexity and criticality of this work
requires an individual who brings application development & delivery experience, an understanding of
technical trends and execution skills to the role.
This position will help lead development of feature enhancements for critical trading platforms like
Optima, IM/DM Portal.
Responsibilities
• Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience as a developer in Application
Programming/Development design and development.
• Programming/Development designing, developing and deploying high-volume, multi-tiered,
distributed transactional applications.
Deep knowledge of .NET Framework, WPF, WebApi, SQL Server 2019, design patterns, web and
application servers.
• Good working knowledge of Kafka.
• Experience with RESTful service/WCF and UI technologies.
• Work with offshore and onshore lead to develop code as per the project need and timelines
• Participate in dev review of design document and raise dev queries to relevant stakeholders
• Work with other teams as required for integration of code and fix the integration defects
• Create design specifications and Unit tests
• Maintain existing software systems as required
• Strong analytical skills with ability to break down complex problems/ideas and come-up with
creative solutions, leveraging the latest of the technologies, where possible.
Requirements*
- Education: B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
- Certifications If Any:
- Experience Range: 10+ Years
Foundational skills*
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior Experience in agile processes and transformation.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work and collaborate across global teams.
Desired skills*
- Good understanding of AI technologies in distributed development – exposure to tools like CoPilot, CoPilot Studio.
- Strong DevOps background with tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, BitBucket, XLR, zero click deployment strategies
