Test Automation Engineer/Test Manager - FlexHub Team (m/f/d)

📢 Join our team as a Test Automation Engineer / Test Manager! 📢

FlexHub is Commerzbank's internal delivery capability, bringing together engineers, architects, analysts, and experts who work directly with business units. Unlike external consultancies, we are colleagues who stay. Based in Frankfurt, Sofia, and Łódź, we support high-priority initiatives while building lasting internal expertise.

What's in it for you:

Consulting variety meets corporate stability. You join different teams across the bank when your expertise is needed, then move on to the next challenge. This approach allows you to build strong internal know-how and contribute to meaningful work, one initiative at a time, without sales targets or utilization pressure. No selling. Just a consistent focus on engineering solutions that matter.

As a Test Automation Engineer / Test Manager at FlexHub, you will own and continuously improve the end-to-end testing process, from test strategy and planning through execution and defect management to release-readiness reporting. This is a test process management role with no line management or people management responsibilities. You will also have the opportunity to explore and apply new technologies and AI to make testing more efficient and effective.
