JOIN THE PEOPLE POWERING KODIAK
Kodiak understands that our most valuable resource is our employees, and in order to provide industry-leading service and runtime, you must attract and retain premier talent. To accomplish this, Kodiak focuses on providing internal professional development and training, as well as the best benefits package in the industry.
The Accelerated Management Program for Exposure and Development "AMPED" is a full-time, two-year, rotational leadership development program that builds industry knowledge, business understanding, and leadership potential through cross-functional rotations, training, and mentorship. Participants complete six months of supervised, hands-on operations experience and rotate through operations, general business, and operations support functions. Successful participants are expected to transition into a full-time role aligned with their strengths, interests, performance, and business needs; a management position is not guaranteed. New cohorts for this program begin twice a year, in January and July.

Travel and Work Schedule: Travel of 75% or more is required throughout the two-year program, including overnight stays and extended periods away from home at Kodiak offices, training locations, operating areas, and customer sites. Locations and schedules vary by rotation. Field assignments follow operations schedules and may include early starts, overtime, on-call rotations, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
