Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide professional customer service to international clients from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Support daily operations in Dubai by coordinating customer bookings, reservations, service requests, and follow-ups.
- Actively promote company services, identify sales opportunities, and convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize revenue and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain effective communication with Dubai-based operations, sales, and other internal departments.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to maximize sales conversion and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and operational updates using company systems.
- Meet assigned customer service KPIs.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer service or customer support roles.
- Previous sales experience within customer service roles is mandatory, with a demonstrated ability to convert inquiries into sales.
- Proven experience dealing with international customers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a proactive sales approach.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage high volumes of customer inquiries.
- Experience using CRM systems, booking platforms, and customer communication tools is preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury services, travel, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with a team based in another country.
