Catering Production Cook (All Levels) – New Denver Kitchen

Iacofano's Catering & Events is opening a new production kitchen in Denver at 2171 S Grape St, and we are hiring Catering Production Cooks at all levels. We cook for private aviation, corporate and event clients in a high-volume kitchen that runs 24/7.

Pay: $19.50 to $29.50 per hour, based on level. Cook 3: $19.50 to $22.50. Cook 2: $22.00 to $26.00. Cook 1: $25.00 to $29.50. Paid weekly.

Shifts: we run 24/7. Shifts start as early as 3:30 AM, with afternoon and overnight shifts available. Weekends and holidays are required. Full-time and part-time positions.

What you will do: prepare proteins, vegetables, sauces and prepared meals from standardized recipes and production schedules; work prep, grill, saute and packaging stations; follow food safety and sanitation standards; and keep your station clean and organized.

Requirements

Requirements: able to follow recipes, prep lists and kitchen systems consistently; able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation; able to work early mornings, overnights, weekends and holidays; reliable and on time.

Preferred, not required: kitchen, catering or food production experience; ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it.
