An experienced Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor / FCILEx professional is now sought in Milton Keynes.
The position of Conveyancing Team Leader has been newly created within this established Law Firm to manage a team of around 6 Conveyancers and Paralegals, whilst also carrying your own small caseload of around 30 Files.

The Reward

The Role
- Manage a small team of around 6 Residential Conveyancers & Paralegals
- Motivate, encourage and inspire your team to succeed, whilst always managing their progress
- Being on-hand to resolve and queries
- Manage your own small caseload of around 30 Files
The Person
- Must be a Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor or FCILEx with hands on experience of carrying your own caseload
- Must be comfortable managing a small team and being responsible for their performance
