Cruise Ship Waiter & Assistant Waiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, while maintaining a high standard of presentation.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including table settings and decorations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide support to senior waitstaff and management during busy service periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or cruise industry is preferred.
