Group Facilitator – Addiction Recovery

We're hiring Group Facilitators for our Fort Wayne location!

If you're energetic, compassionate, a natural people person, and passionate about making a difference, we'd love to meet you! Whether you're a recent graduate, early in your behavioral health career, or bringing relevant experience, we're looking for the right people to grow with our team.

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, five days per week, including every other weekend.

What You'll Do

• Lead engaging, meaningful group sessions that help clients develop coping skills, build confidence, and work toward lasting recovery

• Create a welcoming, encouraging environment where clients feel heard, supported, and motivated

• Connect with clients and help them develop practical tools for everyday life

• Work closely with our clinical and behavioral health teams to support each client's recovery journey

• Recognize and communicate client needs or concerns to the appropriate team members

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of group sessions and client progress

• Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply!

• Indiana associate-level clinical licenses (LMHCA, LMFTA, LACA) welcome

• Additional clinical or addiction counseling credentials (CADAC I-V, LAC, LCAC, LMHC, LMFT) are a plus

• Experience in substance use treatment or behavioral health is helpful, but not required for otherwise qualified candidates

• If in recovery, a minimum of one year of sustained sobriety is required

Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential addiction treatment facility offering medical detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation services.
