  • Lead the full sales journey, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through proposals, presentations, commercial negotiations and close.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior pharmaceutical clients, using your industry knowledge to uncover their challenges and connect them with relevant Kantar expertise.
  • Lead compelling proposals and pitches in partnership with colleagues across Kantar, bringing together the right expertise to create differentiated solutions.
  • Bring an informed pharmaceutical perspective to client conversations, research design and external thought leadership, while maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and commercial forecast.

The ideal skills & experience

  • Significant experience in business development and client delivery across market research, insights, consulting, analytics or media effectiveness, with strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A proven record of winning multi-million-dollar new business and developing relationships with senior marketing and insights decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the ability to turn sophisticated ideas into clear, compelling client solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead senior client conversations and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Commercial judgement and a collaborative leadership style, with an interest in helping colleagues develop and strengthening Kantar’s pharmaceutical expertise.

What’s in it for you

  • A highly visible opportunity to help shape and grow Kantar’s pharmaceutical business.
  • The chance to work with leading pharmaceutical organisations on complex brand, marketing and insights challenges.
  • Access to expertise across Kantar’s global capabilities, including brand strategy, performance, creative and media measurement.
  • The opportunity to combine commercial leadership with industry thought leadership and influence the future direction of the practice.
  • A collaborative environment where you can shape your future while helping clients drive meaningful brand growth.
