Senior Project Manager

Summary of Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex business and technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale business and technology projects within a banking environment.

• Drive project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external vendors.

• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, reporting, and executive-level communications.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.

• Ensure projects adhere to banking regulatory, governance, and security standards.

Qualifications and Experince

• 8+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5 years within the banking sector.

• Proven experience delivering projects within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Financial Services, or Capital Markets environments.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

• Experience managing business transformation, regulatory, process improvement, or technology implementation projects.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive and senior leadership teams.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, or Scrum Master are highly advantageous.
