Call Center Agent & Donation Processor-Bilingual Fill-In

Job Summary:

The Call Center Agent & Donation Processor Fill-In serves as a member of the Donor Care Department and reports directly to the Manager, Volunteer. This position is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and processing donations during Vida Unida’s support drive (fundraiser) Hope Media Group the home of KSBJ, WayFM, Vida Unida and NGEN radio. This position resides in Houston, TX. This position is fully onsite.

Essential Functions:

Call Center

• Answer incoming Spanish-speaking telephone calls in a friendly manner.
• Gather donor contact information and testimonials
• Confidentially enter credit card information to process monetary donations.
• Secure the privacy of all donor information.
• Pray with caller (optional)

Demonstrated Faith

• Committed to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Grounded spiritually and biblically literate
• Comfortable praying for co-workers in team meetings, leading spoken prayer, and participating in ministry prayer meetings and Bible studies
• Live Christian principles defined by the ministry’s Statement of Faith & Biblical Beliefs
• Participate in on-air fundraisers and prays for donors as needed
• Passion for leveraging the HMG’s media platforms for evangelism and discipleship
• Exhibit a strong moral character
• Active member of a Bible believing local church

Requirements and Qualifications:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent 

Experience:

• Customer service
• Knowledge of technology
• Laptop
• Phone system 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Read and write fluently in Spanish and English
• Strong moral character
• Budget management 
• Heart for Christian ministry
• Strong moral character
• Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Spiritually grounded and working knowledge of scripture
• Must be an active member of a Bible believing local church

• Evening shift 2PM-7PM option
