The role ensures effective utilization, governance, and operational continuity of the Medical Information System, supports process consistency and compliance, and partners with Global Medical Affairs, Technology, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational delivery and continuous improvement across Medical Information services.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Own Medical Information System management activities, including system governance , user access management, onboarding / training support, and user assistance.
Establish and maintain subject matter expertise for the Medical Information System, ensuring effective system utilization and process adherence across Medical Information workflows.
Manage Medical Information System-related issue coordination, service requests, user queries, and follow-up with Technology and other relevant stakeholders.
Own testing activities (e.g., system performance qualification), support Medical Information System releases enhancements, and implementation of changes in close collaboration with the Business System Owner, as applicable.
Acts as Medical Information System super user. Maintain process discipline and documentation related to Medical Information System workflows, user support, access management, and system governance.
Partner with Global Medical Affairs, Technology, Quality, Safety, Regulatory, and other relevant stakeholders to align requirements, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement across the service model.
Deliver Medical Information System-related metrics, service indicators, and reporting inputs to support oversight, performance visibility, and continuous improvement.
Deliver Medical Information System-based analytics and required reporting (e.g., PSMF annexes, AE-reconciliation), dashboarding, and insights. Support the transition and stabilization of services into GCC and contribute to process standardization, documentation, and operational maturity.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
Medical Information System management are delivered effectively and in line with defined quality, compliance, and service expectations.
User access, onboarding, support, training, and Medical Information System issue management are delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.
Medical Information System-based reports and insights are delivered on time and per defined quality.
Medical Information System-related documentation, process controls, and stakeholder alignment are maintained effectively across the service model.
Identified risks / gaps are addressed in a timely manner, with appropriate remediation and continuous improvement actions.\
Education: Advanced degree or equivalent qualification in life science, healthcare, pharmacy, medicine, technology, data systems, or related field preferred with 8–12+ years experience in the pharmaceutical / healthcare industry, ideally with experience in Medical Information operations, system management, user support, and related support models.
Subject matter expertise in Medical Information processes, system governance, user access management, system support, and relevant operational workflows.
Experience working in a cross-functional and global environment.
