Description
Quality Control (QC) Engineer requires:
- Quality Control, Electronics Manufacturing, Electronic Assembly, PCBA Inspection, Product Inspection, Quality Inspection, Defect Identification, Corrective Actions, Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Quality Tools, Pareto Charts, Histograms, Check Sheets, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, Quality Reporting, Manufacturing Quality, Process Inspection, QC Checklists, Quality Documentation, IPC Standards, Team Collaboration
- Basic experience in electronic assembly and inspection procedures.
- Experience working in the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Basic knowledge of quality tools, including Pareto Charts, Histograms, Check Sheets, and other basic quality improvement tools.
- Experience identifying defects, conducting inspections, documenting quality issues, and verifying corrective actions.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and continuously improve.
Duties:
- Inspection and Testing: Conduct regular inspections and tests on PCBA to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or issues in the manufacturing process and products.
- Corrective Actions: Verify the implementation of corrective actions to address identified defects and prevent recurrence.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in KAIZEN projects and other initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and product quality.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
