Business Controlling Finance Manager
Location: Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Controlling Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The role will partner closely with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Analyze financial performance and business profitability.
- Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor cost controls and operational performance.
- Partner with department heads on financial planning.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
- CPA or CMA is an advantage.
- At least 5–8 years of finance, FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance experience.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
- Excellent business partnering and leadership capabilities.
