Job Details
Responsabilities:
- Implements standard operating procedures for pharmacy support activities, ensuring complete, timely, and audit-ready documentation
- Applies established checklists to process stability samples, capture measurements, and update chain-of-custody logs and systems
- Coordinates inventory, labeling, and storage conditions to preserve product integrity and maintain environmental and equipment logs
- Records deviations, out-of-tolerance events, and common issues and notifies supervisors per defined thresholds and approval routes
- Corresponds within the team to confirm requirements, obtain clarifications, and route out-of-scope requests to appropriate channels
- Studies assigned procedures through training, shadowing, and feedback loops to maintain personal job aids and follow standard work
- Proposes minor improvements to templates or steps—after approval—to reduce errors, strengthen data integrity, and improve cycle time

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in pharmacy support, pharmaceutical operations, or a related regulated environment, or a related field required.
- Certification or license relevant to pharmacy support or laboratory operations, or equivalent preferred.
Minimum skills required:
- Licensed Pharmacist, registered with the relevant national pharmaceutical authority.
- Solid experience in pharmacy operations, pharmaceutical distribution, warehouse pharmacy, hospital pharmacy, or a regulated healthcare environment.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, GDP (Good Distribution Practice), and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Experience ensuring compliance with quality standards, SOPs, audits, inspections, and controlled documentation processes.
- Ability to oversee medication handling, storage, inventory management, and distribution activities while maintaining patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to assess risks and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with quality, operations, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and pharmacy-related systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
