Reporting to Pacific Commercial & Sales Support Manager, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to our sales teams, customer organizations, and external stakeholders—ensuring seamless contract management, accurate billing, and robust data integrity.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
In this essential operational role, you will be the administrative backbone of our commercial activities. Your daily mission will focus on five key pillars:
Customer Database & Billing Administration: Maintain and update customer records within the CRM/ERP system. Accurately process and generate Credit Notes and Debit Notes to ensure seamless financial operations.
Sales Analytics & Dashboard Stewardship: Update customer profiles, maintain sales activity dashboards, and prepare regular sales and customer reports to support commercial strategy.
Reporting & Data Integrity: Generate customer call reports, audit data consistency, and turn raw operational metrics into reliable insights for business leaders.
Offer & Proposal Support: Assist the Offer team by preparing proposals for simple commercial offers. Coordinate closely with Sales Representatives to follow up on open proposals and ensure swift contract completion.
Customer & Contract Onboarding & Support: Interface with customer organizations and payors, participating directly in customer claim resolutions during the contract initiation phase and providing ongoing support to deliver service excellence.
Are you a MATCH?
We are looking for a proactive, detail-minded communicator with a strong background in sales administration or customer service. You will bring:
Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or department-level administrative support (ideally within a commercial or industrial environment).
Technical & Digital Literacy: High proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and standard business tools (such as Google Workspace or MS Office).
Data & Numerical Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail with proven capability in checking data consistency and managing documentation.
Communication & Coordination: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional sales reps, internal teams, and external client organizations.es
Problem-Solving Skills: A solution-focused attitude with experience handling customer claims and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
