How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Report to the Supervisor, Warehouse Services.

  • Facilitate the transportation of materials by couriering items to AMA locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for scheduled and on-demand requests.

  • Safely handle and lift items weighing up to 30 kg independently.

  • Oversee the receipt of materials from incoming vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory management.

  • Document and track shipping and receiving transactions utilizing specialized software systems.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Assist a wide variety of building operation tasks to support AMA facilities, such as providing support building operators and/or contractors

What You Bring to the Table

  • You have a high school diploma.

  • You have a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license.

  • You may not be a tech whiz but you’re pretty good at finding your way around a computer.

  • Experience in a shipping/receiving or vehicle transport environment would be an asset.
