Job Description: Lobby Ambassador

Position Overview

Primary point of contact for all visitors, tenants, and guests, responsible for creating exceptional first impressions, ensuring seamless visitor experiences, and maintaining security protocols while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Visitor Services: Greet visitors professionally, verify credentials, issue badges, maintain visitor logs, notify Business Unit contacts of arrivals, and manage check-in/check-out procedures.

Reception Support: Answer calls, provide building information, coordinate meeting rooms, and manage package distribution.

Security & Access Control: Monitor building access, enforce security policies, report concerns immediately, maintain emergency procedure awareness, and manage temporary access cards.

Environment Management: Maintain lobby appearance, ensure reception area cleanliness, refresh displays, and report maintenance needs.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience: 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

• 1-2 years in customer service, hospitality, or reception roles.

• Corporate office or commercial real estate experience advantageous.

Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, strong customer service orientation, professional demeanor, Microsoft Office proficiency, and quick technology adoption.

Attributes: Reliable, punctual, friendly, discreet with confidential information, culturally aware, flexible, and collaborative.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout lobby area.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional flexibility for extended hours or shift work.

Reporting Structure

Reports to Facilities Manager; collaborates with corporate security teams.
