Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Execution Senior Analyst Payments to join our team at BP Business Solutions India Private Limited. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient and compliant payment execution processes, demonstrating agility and strong collaborator management to deliver optimal business outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead and implement complex payment processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Apply Agility core practices and use Agility tools to optimize workflow, identify improvements, and drive continuous enhancement in payment operations.
* Conduct thorough Business Requirements Analysis for payment-related projects, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
* Contribute to Category Strategy development for payment solutions, identifying market trends and opportunities for innovation.
* Demonstrate Digital Fluency in using and integrating various payment technologies and platforms.
* Effectively influence internal and external partners to gain consensus and drive project success.
* Handle change initiatives related to payment process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
* Lead and support negotiating efforts with payment providers and suppliers, optimizing terms and conditions.
* Develop and implement comprehensive Negotiation planning and preparation strategies.
* Leverage Product and market intelligence to identify standard processes and emerging trends in the payments landscape.
* Proactively engage in Stakeholder Management, building strong relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and financial institutions.
* Manage and nurture Supplier Relationship Management, ensuring strong partnerships and performance from payment vendors.

Job Qualifications:

* Proven experience in payment operations or a related financial services role, with a strong understanding of payment execution processes.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices and relevant Agility tools.
* Strong Business Acumen with the ability to understand and align payment operations with overall business objectives.
* Excellent analytical skills with experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
* Familiarity with Category Strategy development and execution.
* High level of Digital Fluency and adaptability to new technologies.
* Exceptional Influencing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in Management of change within a corporate environment.
* Strong Negotiating skills with a track record of successful outcomes.
* Ability to perform detailed Negotiation planning and preparation.
* Solid understanding of Product and market intelligence in the payments sector.
* Proven ability in Stakeholder Management and building collaborative relationships.
* Experience in Supplier Relationship Management, including performance monitoring and issue resolution.
