Milyen feladatokat lát el nálunk egy Ipari mérnök gyakornok?
Folyamatfejlesztési projektekben való aktív részvétel
Gyártási és üzemi folyamatok elemzése, fejlesztési lehetőségek feltárása
Folyamatok újragondolása LEAN elvek mentén
Ciklusidők mérése és kiértékelése
Videós felvételek készítése a folyamatokról, azok elemzése
Munkautasítások, riportok és egyéb dokumentációk készítése angol és magyar nyelven
Adatok gyűjtése és elemzése a hatékonyság növelése érdekében
Kapcsolattartás a termelési és mérnökségi területekkel
Ami a pozíció betöltéséhez szükséges:
Folyamatban lévő felsőfokú mérnöki tanulmány (ipari mérnök, gépészmérnök, műszaki menedzser vagy hasonló releváns terület)
Minimum heti 2–3 nap vállalása
Műszaki szemlélet és rendszerszintű gondolkodás
Folyamatok gyors átlátása és megértése
Proaktív, önálló munkavégzés
Jó kommunikációs készség
Magabiztos felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeretek (pl. Excel)
Alapszintű angol nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
Előnyt jelent
LEAN alapelvek ismerete (pl. 5S, Kaizen, veszteségcsökkentés)
Gyártókörnyezetben szerzett tapasztalat
Adatfeldolgozási vagy elemzési tapasztalat
Műszaki rajzok, folyamatábrák olvasásának ismerete
