JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Employee Experience intern will work on projects and any assigned tasks within the Astro Employee Experience team on the following:
Learn and help with day-to-day employee experience activities including event planning, stakeholder / vendor management, event execution and project management.
Help with the writing of communications related pieces and design visuals for internal communication to Astro employees.
Get on the job experience by supporting any ad-hoc department requirements/deployments.
Help with the curation of Astro’s Employer Branding by creating content for social media (Linkedin and Instagram), including event photo taking, video shooting and video editing.
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
Undergraduate pursuing Business, MassCom, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
Highly proficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken
Passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture and employee experience initiatives
Excellent organizational and event coordination skills with strong attention to detail
Creative thinker with strong content writing and communication skills
Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
Basic knowledge of graphic design tool and content creation is an advantage
Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills are an added advantage
