Your Opportunity: Taylor Print & Service Solutions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for Industrial Maintenance Technician, to join the team in Dallas, TX. In this role you will install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Your Responsibilities:
Observe, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repairs equipment related to printing and converting equipment, parts, electrical, mechanical and other equipment throughout the facility.
Ability to set up and operate hand tools, grinders, and other necessary tools and equipment to make and repair presses and component parts. Ability to operate lathes, welders, and milling machines is preferred, but not required.
Ability to identify and research items necessary to repair or replace component parts or other related equipment.
Performs various preventive maintenance functions on equipment on a scheduled basis in an attempt to maintain equipment and prevent breakdowns.
Maintain attendance according to facility guidelines as well as be able to work constructively with co-workers, supervisors, vendors, etc. in performing daily responsibilities.
Your Shift: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 12-hr shift (alternating 3 days one week and 4 days the next week)
You Must Have:
Ability to read, interpret, and decipher general written instructions from documents such as work orders, parts orders, safety regulations, operating procedures, schematics or other job specific written documents. Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees.
Ability to perform basic mathematical functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Requirements Within This Position:
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and other lifts required to perform duties.
Ability to work with hand and electrical tools and to identify tools required to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely manner.
Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
We Would Also Prefer:
A degree or completed coursework in industrial maintenance or mechatronics.
3+ years of hands-on experience.
Previous industrial machinery maintenance experience in a direct field or similar to the printing/converting industry.
Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Servo drives.
