Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their challenges and develop technical solutions that create long-term value.
- Partner with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, support business development efforts, and help win new business.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor by presenting product capabilities, application recommendations, and solution proposals to customers.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions from concept through production launch.
- Investigate technical challenges, analyze root causes, and drive effective solutions that strengthen customer satisfaction.
- Support customer visits, technical reviews, product demonstrations, and application discussions both virtually and onsite.
- Continuously learn new products, technologies, and industry trends while identifying opportunities for innovation and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new products, applications, and technologies.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with a genuine interest in working directly with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of projects and driving results with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and curiosity to investigate challenges and develop practical solutions.
- Interest or experience in customer-facing engineering, technical sales, applications engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments.
- Willingness to travel domestically to support customers and business development activities.
