What You’ll Do
- Process insurance quotations, new business, renewals, and endorsements accurately and within required timeframes.
- Support brokers/account managers by managing assigned portfolios and providing high-quality administrative and operational assistance.
- Handle workers' compensation declarations, including policy quotations, follow-ups, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records, file documentation, task tracking, and updates in company systems and document management platforms.
- Manage debtor follow-ups, client correspondence, and broker/client requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support, backup, and guidance to team members while ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards.
Key Criteria
- Insurance industry experience, preferably within Australian insurance or broking environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Insight, SCTP, or similar insurance management systems is highly desirable
- Experience processing insurance renewals, endorsements, quotations, and workers' compensation policies.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritization, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6:30AM – 3:30PM PHT) with a full onsite work arrangement during probation and transition to hybrid setup depending on performance.
