Required Hours: Weekend coverage starting 8pm Friday -Monday 7am.
Responsibilities
Provides spiritual and pastoral support to patients, family members, visitors, and employees and provides supportive services to the community.Major Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Provides spiritual care and counseling to patients, families and visitors, hospital staff and community. 2. Provides appropriate assistance to patients, family members. 3. Conducts worship services.Qualifications
Education- Master’s degree in Theology, Divinity, Religion, Counseling, or related field Required
- 2 years of pastoral experience for on call Required
- 4 years of Clinical Pastoral Education Required
- Eccelsiastical endorsement from the appropriate denomination Required
- Ordination Preferred
- Previous hospital experience Preferred
- Certification or certification eligible by pastoral care organization Preferred
