What This Role Is All About

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and data-driven Content Editor – Master Data to join our Digital Care Content team. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimising product master data that powers customer-facing support experiences for some of the world's leading technology brands.

Using our proprietary platforms, you will manage product information, validate technical specifications, and ensure product imagery meets established quality standards. Your work will serve as the foundation for multiple downstream content teams and directly contribute to delivering accurate and seamless digital experiences for customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in an environment where quality, accuracy, and ownership are critical to success.

Your Key Areas of Focus

1. Master Data Management

• Create and maintain product master data in the internal content management system.
• Source, validate, and update product specifications from trusted sources.
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of all product records.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple products, device categories, and client requirements.

2. Product Content & Asset Creation

• Develop and manage product imagery in accordance with established image standards and guidelines.
• Ensure product information and associated content are accurately represented across systems.
• Support onboarding of new product launches and product updates.

3. Quality Assurance & Data Accuracy

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of product specifications and metadata.
• Ensure all product records align with client requirements and internal standards.
• Validate the quality, consistency, and correctness of product imagery.
• Maintain strong quality performance and support first-pass accuracy objectives.
• Identify and address recurring data quality issues proactively.
• Provide timely updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product data requirements.
• Support initiatives to improve data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and documentation.
• Contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Help drive a culture focused on quality, accountability, and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Must have minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT or degree in Information Security or related
• Should have a total of 2-3+ years of work experience in an MNC.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS), web authoring tools, or digital content platforms.
• Experience creating, editing, or maintaining customer-facing content.
• Exposure to simulation tools, knowledge management platforms, or digital support content is preferred

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce highly accurate content.
• Good organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet delivery deadlines.
• Basic knowledge on image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP or similar software.
• Basic understanding of HTML and web-based content concepts.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify technical information.
• Comfortable learning new technologies, systems, and authoring tools.
