As an Area Manager, you will be expected to model these values every day while leading your team and supporting our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate Safety Always by ensuring all work is performed safely, promoting a proactive safety culture, and making sure every employee goes home safely every day.
• Take Ownership of regional operations by ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients by demonstrating professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.
• Schedule and attend meetings with customers, vendors, and business partners to support business growth.
• Protect company assets and ensure responsible stewardship of company resources.
• Foster a positive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing employees while maintaining high morale and accountability.
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent in accordance with company hiring practices and employment policies.
• Promote and consistently enforce company policies and procedures in a fair, respectful, and professional manner.
• Lead employee performance discussions and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies while demonstrating fairness and character.
• Authorize purchases of materials and supplies in accordance with company procurement procedures.
• Review and approve estimates and bids while maintaining financial accountability and supporting profitable growth.
• Oversee document control, records management, and operational reporting for the assigned region.
• Continuously evaluate operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, customer service, and profitability by being Driven to Improve.
• Meet regularly with the Regional Director to review operational performance, discuss challenges, develop solutions, and establish continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform all other duties as assigned in support of the company's success and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in construction, industrial services, trucking, or a related industry.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and leading by example.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams while holding yourself and others accountable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Ability to build trust with customers, employees, and business partners through honesty, professionalism, and integrity.

Compensation

• Starting salary of $105,000 DOE
