Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth while representing the brand across local and international markets. This role requires strong business development skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and business partners.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence and strengthen the brand.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the company professionally while travelling across the country to manage client relationships and business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a professional qualification in Sales & Marketing (CIM/SLIM) from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably with Hansgrohe products or within a similar premium sanitary ware/building materials industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Sri Lanka.
• Age below 40 years.
