Job Details: As a member of our team, you will ensure that every customer enjoys a safe, speedy, clean, and friendly car wash experience. Your role will include assisting the Site Manager and following safety procedures, maintaining the site's appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in daily operations as needed.
- Operate equipment to include pay stations and POS.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist in the training and development of employees.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
- Perform preventive maintenance.
- Execute open and close duties as per prescribed procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields.
- Minimum of three years prior management experience.
- Ability to operate in a fast, quickly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Be detail orientated.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Enjoy working outside.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
- Possess or is willing to learn mechanical skills for equipment support.
- Be able to work at least 40 hours a week including evenings and weekends with a varying schedule.
