JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gain hands-on experience with Astro by supporting marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives and reward fulfilment operations. This internship offers exposure to campaign execution, stakeholder coordination, reporting and customer communications within a dynamic marketing environment.
What You'll Do:
Support monthly reporting and campaign fulfilment activities for AstroBiz (CE) BizRewards Campaign
Track campaign performance and fulfilment progress to ensure timely and accurate reward distribution.
Coordinate with campaign winners to verify information and manage fulfilment requirements.
Schedule reward fulfilment activities and conduct follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist in campaign administration, data management and operational tracking.
Provide coordination and operational support for key brand campaigns and customer engagement initiatives, including Astro30, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya festive campaigns and AstroBiz initiatives.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support campaign execution and ongoing marketing activities.
Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who You Are:
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
Comfortable working with data, reports and administrative tasks.
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in marketing, customer engagement and campaign management is an added advantage.
