Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive orthopedic and functional movement evaluations.
- Develop individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's goals and clinical presentation.
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans using measurable clinical outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention, body mechanics, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, and healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
- Build long-term patient relationships through compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on clinical excellence and positive patient experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.
- Strong orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent clinical reasoning and evidence-based decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
- Ability to manage an independent patient caseload while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to clinical documentation.
- Must currently reside within commuting distance of the Philadelphia Suburbs or Northern Delaware, or be prepared to relocate independently before employment.
- Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
- New graduates with strong orthopedic clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.
- Experience treating post-operative orthopedic patients and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Manual therapy, dry needling, or orthopedic specialty certifications.
- Experience developing return-to-function rehabilitation programs.
- Familiarity with Medicare documentation, rehabilitation compliance, and quality reporting.
- Stable employment history demonstrating commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth.
HireNow Package
- Compensation: $85,000–$126,000 annually
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
