Description
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and behavioral deficits.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers to enhance client outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in all practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection methodologies.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
