How you'll make an impact in this role
- Champion the Customer Experience: Serve as the initial point of contact for the public by managing payment inquiries, processing allowances, and handling daily correspondence with empathy and care.
- Master the Financial Lifecycle: Perform precise data entry of payments, post daily cash transactions, and reconcile bank deposits directly into our financial system to secure flawless account data.
- Decipher Complex Insurance Data: Review and validate insurance Explanation of Benefits statements to ensure accuracy and catch discrepancies early.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Partner with our core team to identify, report, and systematically resolve recurring insurance payment variations and unwarranted debit or credit balances.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
