This position will be working in our Dallas Base

What are the duties of a Zerorez® Customer Service Representative?

• Communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees in the field using various methods of technology.
• Field inbound calls and emails, and text messages in order to book reservations, reschedules, customer concerns, and cancellations.
• Make outbound calls to customers to follow up with online inquiries, lost sales, and annual customer courtesy calls.
• Educate customers on products and processes.
• Sell appointments on the phone.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by the Business Manager

Requirements

What qualities must I possess to join Zerorez® as a Customer Support Representative?

• Upbeat, friendly personality.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer support role.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations
• Ability to handle a multi-line phone system with previous call center experience preferred.
• Ability to sit for long durations.
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products and Google Products such as Chrome, Gmail, and Drive familiarity.
• Familiarity with the area and ability to route based on most efficient and time-saving methods.
• Sales experience (preferred)
• Must have reliable transportation to arrive to work
• Must be flexible - schedule will vary based on business needs. Some Saturday work required. We are closed on Sunday.
