Front Office Agent (EU work eligible)
Responsibilities:
- To ensure high quality, professional reception and service of guests accordingly hotel standards
- To know the hotel's VIP guests as well as the events taking place in the hotel
- Communicate with guests, find out their special wishes and, in cooperation with other hotel departments, ensure their fulfillment
- Inform guests about additional services, special offers offered by the hotel and actively sell them
- Develop positive and professional cooperation with other hotel departments
Requirements:
- Successful previous experience in a hospitality and guest service
- Excellent computer and hotel system OPERA skills
- Very good knowledge of Latvian and English, other languages will also be considered as an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of responsibility, focusing and accuracy
- Emotional and physical resilience
