About the role:
As an Executive Assistant you will provide administrative and operational support to Partners within the Business Advisory division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to Partners and the broader team.
- Manage Partner diaries, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate client onboarding, engagement documentation and client correspondence.
- Assist with billing, debtor management and administrative aspects of client engagements.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, banks, solicitors and other external stakeholders.
- Support business development initiatives, including tenders, proposals, marketing activities and client events.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems and practice management registers.
- Coordinate office administration activities, including mail management, deliveries and reception support.
- Assist with workflow and deadline management to ensure client service standards are maintained.
- Support the implementation and use of firm systems, processes and technology platforms.
- Contribute to a positive client experience through professional, timely and efficient service delivery.

- Completion of Secondary Education
Desirable
- Certificate in Business Administration
DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
Essential
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
