Job Title: LPN or CMA
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Scheduling and Triage Nurse to join our Family Medicine Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to patients of all ages and a commitment to promoting wellness and disease prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Check patients in, verifying demographics and insurance data
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in providing care to patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patients' conditions and document patient information accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment
- Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining patient records

Requirements
- Active nursing license or Medical Assistant Certificate in the state of practice
- BLS and Mandatory Reporter Certificates
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
