Description
Senior Caregiver (Long-Term Position, 6mos to 1 year).
Boundless Care Inc. is looking for a compassionate and reliable female caregiver for a 72-year-old female client who needs assistance due to health and mobility challenges.
Care Needs Include:

- Assistance with walking short distances using a walker.
- Wheelchair assistance for longer distances.
- One-person assist for safe mobility and fall prevention.
- Help with bathing, cooking, and meal preparation.
- Evening support with dinner, feeding assistance, and bedtime routine.
- Daytime support may include driving to appointments and assisting with PT-related activities.
- Companionship and safety supervision.
Requirements:
- Female caregiver preferred.
- Must have caregiving experience.
- Must be able to assist with transfers and mobility support.
- Must be driving with reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be dependable and comfortable with a long-term case.
- With Active HCA registration (a PLUS!).
Rate: $25/hr.
Location: San Jose, CA 95129.

Schedule Options:
- 7 days/week: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 6 hours per day.
OR - 5 days/week: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, 8 hours per day, with Friday and Saturday off.
This is expected to be a long-term position, approximately 6 months to 1 year.
