Senior Agentic AI Product Manager

You will work at the intersection of business, technology and AI, collaborating closely with engineering, data, risk and business teams to develop and scale next-generation AI products powered by agentic systems. 

The role focuses on embedding AI into core processes, translating complex needs into clear product direction and supporting end-to-end delivery of high-impact solutions across global stakeholder groups. 

Roles and responsibilities 

As Senior Agentic AI Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of agentic AI products from concept to scale. 

• Defining and driving the strategy and roadmap for Agentic AI products by identifying high-impact use cases and translating business needs into scalable solutions. 

• Simplifying complex processes into structured, automation-ready workflows and translating business logic into clear requirements for engineering teams. 

• Leading AI-driven product development using GenAI, LLMs and agentic architectures, with a focus on scalability, feasibility and product value. 

• Acting as the bridge between business and engineering by removing ambiguity, aligning stakeholders and accelerating delivery. 

• Owning the product lifecycle end-to-end, proactively managing risks related to models, data, adoption and regulation. 

• Engaging senior stakeholders, communicating complex topics clearly and driving alignment in dynamic environments. 

• Driving prioritization and planning by balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy and optimizing resource allocation. 

• Leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement. 

• Embedding governance, control and explainability into AI solutions to ensure alignment with risk and compliance expectations.

To be successful in this role, you bring: 

• Senior product management experience in complex, data-driven environments, with a proven track record of delivering products end-to-end. 

• Strong business understanding combined with solid knowledge of GenAI, LLMs and agentic AI systems. 

• The ability to translate business challenges into structured product requirements and scalable technical solutions. 

• Strong ownership, prioritization and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior decision makers. 

• A proactive approach to risk, governance, compliance and explainability in AI-enabled products. 

• Clear communication, adaptability and collaborative leadership in fast-evolving environments.
