Why this is an exciting opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Group Strategic Projects Delivery & Change team. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes across HUB24. Working closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to implementation, ensuring successful delivery against scope, time, cost and quality objectives. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact while helping shape and enhance project delivery excellence across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects from initiation through to closure.
- Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, budgets, schedules and resource requirements.
- Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear project reporting and communication.
- Drive successful project outcomes across time, cost, quality and business benefit measures.
- Lead and influence cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Business Analysts and junior project team members.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project management capability across the organisation.
What you bring
You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or a related discipline.
- PMP, PMI or equivalent project management certification.
- 7+ years' experience delivering complex projects with a strong track record of success.
- Deep experience within wealth management, superannuation, investments or wrap platforms.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale migration or platform transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience working with executive and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and mentoring others.
- Advanced problem-solving, commercial and project management skills.
