Job Summary
Preventive Maintenance Engineer is responsible for sustaining and improving equipment reliability through effective preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The incumbent will work closely with Production, Process, and Maintenance teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime and manufacturing performance in the FEOL production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules and standards.
Monitor equipment performance and reliability indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Investigate equipment failures and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
Develop and enhance PM procedures, work instructions, and maintenance documentation.
Support equipment troubleshooting and recovery activities to minimize production downtime.
Analyze maintenance data and implement actions to improve MTBF, MTTR, and equipment uptime.
Coordinate with equipment vendors and contractors for maintenance and service activities.
Manage spare parts availability and inventory optimization
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements during maintenance activities.
Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to improve equipment performance and maintenance effectiveness.
Mentor technicians and support technical skill development within the maintenance team.
