Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for janitorial and facilities service positions.
- Source candidates through community outreach, job fairs, referrals, social media, local organizations, and other recruiting channels.
- Travel to job sites, community events, and hiring locations to engage with potential candidates.
- Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications for open positions.
- Coordinate and facilitate the hiring and onboarding process.
- Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and operations teams regarding staffing needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring demands.
- Assist candidates with completing employment documentation and onboarding requirements.
- Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
- Experience recruiting for hourly, high-volume, or service industry positions is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and applicant tracking systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to travel locally to recruiting events, job sites, and community outreach activities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and engage with candidates at recruiting events for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and transport recruiting materials up to 20 pounds.
