Finance Project Manager

Finance:

• Review, analyze working instructions and procedures for some Finance processes (Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Tax) in relationship with Sites and SSC of his/her perimeter. Ensure appliance for existing MAF policy and contribute to the implementation of new evolution of MAF rules.

• Standardize Finance processes 

• Propose improvements and benchmark within the perimeter (e.g. new vendor creation workflow, price litigation process, etc).

• Report & monitor Finance indicators through validated roadmap & action plan follow-up 

• Ensures new Group Finance tools, functionalities, best practices and standard processes (supported or not by the Information Systems) are compliant with Group Internal Control policies, in coordination with Group Internal Control department. 
   

Internal Control:

• Promote, explain, control Internal Control framework within his/her perimeter. Monitor and drive Internal Control improvement plans to mitigate risks
   

Information Systems:

• Monitor some Finance information System processes through the deployment of IS Group standard tools applied to Finance functions (Smart process database, TRIP...) and through the execution of end-users training on the Financial information system to avoid any deviation compared to Group standards.

• Provide business cases and define the functional specifications of new applications, new requirements and is the interlocutor of the IS department for the development of these evolutions. 

• Contribute to Group Ethics & Compliance program by applying and respecting code of Ethics and Valeo’s policies.
