Lead VDC/BIM Coordnator

In this role, you will be working as a Lead VDC/BIM Coordinator for a client that works in the mechanical contracting/construction industry. This position will be responsible for design with Revit on mechanical projects.  

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site to start and move to a hybrid schedule. 

Pay; $85,000-95,000/Yr. depending on experience

• 5-10 years of experience
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and manage 3D models and construction documentation
• Coordinate clash detection 
• Revit experience
• Assist in the development of design and construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
• Create Bill of Materials
• Attend coordination meetings
• Communicate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure alignment and coordination of project deliverables
