Landscape Residential Superintendent

Oakridge is seeking an experienced Residential Landscape Superintendent to lead high-quality landscape construction and maintenance projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can coordinate crews, manage schedules, maintain client relationships, and ensure every property is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.

Compensation: 

• $80,000 to 90,000 Annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan labour, materials, equipment, and schedules to keep projects on track.
• Monitor quality control and ensure finished work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and management.
• Track job progress, materials, equipment needs, and daily site activity.
• Identify and resolve job-site issues quickly while maintaining a professional, solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in residential landscaping, landscape construction, or grounds maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape construction methods, horticulture, plant care, grading, hardscape installation, and seasonal property maintenance.
• Ability to lead crews, delegate tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
