PT Samudera Logistics Services (SLS)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Collect, analyze, and validate operational and transactional data from Infor and other relevant sources to identify trends, risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support management decision-making while ensuring data quality and consistency in line with Corporate IT & Digital standards.
3. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business performance and strategic decisions.
4. Collaborate with the Corporate IT & Digital team to identify system enhancement opportunities and support the implementation of digital solutions.
5. Optimize the performance of Power BI dashboards, complex queries, and automated data refresh processes to improve reporting efficiency.
6. Proactively analyze business data to identify operational inefficiencies, performance trends, and growth opportunities.
General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Macros, with basic to intermediate SQL skills.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Good understanding of ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and data management processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex operational data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
