An established, growing non-profit acute care hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS) to join its revenue cycle team.

You'll Be Responsible For

Leading Patient Financial Services operations
Billing, collections, patient accounting, insurance follow-up, and denials management
Improving cash collections and revenue cycle performance
Developing department leaders and strengthening employee engagement
Driving KPI performance and operational excellence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required
Current or recent experience utilizing Epic in an acute care hospital is required
Progressive acute care hospital Revenue Cycle leadership experience
Strong background in hospital billing, collections, reimbursement, and denials
Proven leadership and change management experience
