Senior Logistics Representative

We're expanding our European Control Tower in Wroclaw to support a global leader in industrial manufacturing as it transforms its international supply chain.

Working as part of a dedicated Control Tower team, you'll coordinate international transportation across road, ocean and intermodal freight while using advanced transportation technology, SAP and digital logistics platforms. You'll collaborate with colleagues, carriers and manufacturing sites across Europe and globally, helping ensure products move efficiently while continuously improving logistics performance.

Act as the operational SME for transport execution, export documentation and process improvement while mentoring colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation execution across multiple modes
• Review export documentation including SI, B/L, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin and L/C documents
• Act as SME for transportation processes
• Mentor team members and deliver training
• Develop SOPs and lead root cause analysis
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives

Compensation Range

zł70,200.00 - zł140,300.00
