• Forklift license – an advantage.

תיאור משרה

תכלול ובקרה של משימות ותפעול שוטף של מחסן תוצרת גמורה.

אחריות על קליטת סחורה, אחסון, ליקוט, ניפוק והעמסת משלוחים בהתאם לתוכנית העבודה.

עבודה שוטפת במערכת WMS ובמערכות ממוחשבות לניהול מלאי ותנועות מחסן.

ביצוע בקרות מלאי, ספירות מלאי וטיפול בפערים.

אחריות על סדר, ארגון ועמידה בנהלי בטיחות ואיכות במחסן.

תיאום עבודה מול ממשקים פנימיים כגון ייצור, תפ"י ולוגיסטיקה.

מעקב אחר עמידה ביעדי תפוקה, איכות ושירות.

מתן מענה שוטף לתקלות תפעוליות ושיפור תהליכי עבודה במחסן.

עבודה Hands-on כחלק מהפעילות השוטפת במחסן בעת הצורך.

אחריות

רישיון מלגזה- יתרון.

ניסיון קודם בעבודה במחסן ממוחשב- יתרון.

ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת  WMS- יתרון משמעותי.

שליטה בעברית- חובה.

אנגלית בסיסית- חובה

שליטה במערכות OFFICE- חובה.

Qualifications (English)

• Coordinate, oversee, and monitor daily operations and tasks within the finished goods warehouse.
• Manage the receipt, storage, order picking, dispatch, and loading of shipments in accordance with the production and shipping schedule.
• Work extensively with the WMS (Warehouse Management System) and other computerized inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Perform inventory control activities, cycle counts, stock takes, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure warehouse organization, housekeeping, and compliance with safety and quality procedures.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments, including Production, Production Planning, and Logistics.
• Monitor performance against productivity, quality, and service targets.
• Provide day-to-day support for operational issues and drive continuous process improvements within the warehouse.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by actively participating in warehouse operations when required
