Role Summary:
Lead and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from project initiation through production readiness.
Serve as the focal point for cross-functional project execution, ensuring alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business teams.
Drive project schedules, risk management, and execution excellence to achieve business and customer commitments.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage engineering activities for all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with R&D to define product specifications and development strategies.
Provide engineering support throughout prototype build, validation, and product release phases.
Develop prototype and test plans based on manufacturing instructions and process requirements.
Facilitate cross‑functional communication to ensure alignment on goals, risks, and project status.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI process to enhance efficiency and cycle time.
Support risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions during development phases.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related technical field.
1–3 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), Project Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, Product Engineering, or semiconductor operations.
Fresh graduates with outstanding academic achievements and strong leadership potential may also be considered.
Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product qualification flow, and production lifecycle is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, stage-gate processes, or NPI governance is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation and reporting skills for management and stakeholder communication.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
